I don't know my login and my lead coordinator isn't available. How can I still login?

We know it's tough remembering all of those logins so we implemented a solution on how to login without knowing your username and password, as long as you are listed as a user under your property in the Zentila platform. Take the following steps:

zentila.com > login > with a hotel > Trouble Logging In link > enter your email address > send link

You will receive an email from guru@etouches.com with a link that will take you directly into your property's homepage. Sometimes our emails can wind up in spam, so if you don't see the email come through, check your spam folder.
