The RFP isn't letting me type in my response

If you're a hotel person and trying to respond to an RFP, but the boxes are grayed out and you're not able to type anything onto the page, it sounds like you're in the read only version.

In order to view the Response Page, you will need to assign the lead first. Go back to your dashboard by clicking "My Zentila" at the top of the page and selecting "RFP Dashboard." Once you're on that page, there will be an orange button to the right of the RFP that says Assign to Manager. Click that and assign it to an existing or add a new manager. Once you do that the button will change to "View and Respond."
