How can I search for meeting venues?

First things first. If you aren't already signed up as a planner, you will need to do that first in order to complete and submit your RFP! Just go to and click the Sign Up link. Once you do that, there are 4 steps of the RFP creation process:

Step 1- dates, attendance info about your meeting, room block, etc.

Step 2- concessions and meeting agenda creation (if any)

Step 3- hotel search (our favorite!)

Step 4- confirm and submit! 

Congratulations! You will then hear from our Customer Success Team with further information and next steps!
