First things first. If you aren't already signed up as a planner, you will need to do that first in order to complete and submit your RFP! Just go to zentila.com and click the Sign Up link. Once you do that, there are 4 steps of the RFP creation process:
Step 1- dates, attendance info about your meeting, room block, etc.
Step 2- concessions and meeting agenda creation (if any)
Step 3- hotel search (our favorite!)
Step 4- confirm and submit!
