Resetting your venue login is a breeze. Simple follow the instructions below for resetting your username and password for your team.
Reset Password – go to Zentila.com > click login > select you are with a hotel > click the link to ‘reset venue login’ > enter lead coordinator or your email. This will send the lead coordinator an email with the current username and a link to reset the password.
Note: If you get a message that the password reset was sent to someone else or that your email is not listed and you need to update the emails on file. Please email your request to email@example.com
Reset Username – Once you reset the password you will be logged into Zentila > go to the My Zentila drop down in the top right > click ‘manage sales office’ > click the link to ‘change username’
